Count Me In! makes counting exciting and teaches kids how to count, add and subtract on their toes. It is designed to serve as an educational resource to help early grade students improve their counting, addition and subtraction skills.

HOW TO PLAY

For each challenge in a level, go underwater and note the target count that pops on the screen along with the target creature. Then Tap ‘n Catch the target creatures up to the target count. Once done, rope yourself up, get back on the boat and sail to the next challenge where more sea creatures await.

As the level of difficulty increases, get ready to put your game face on!

Count Me In! is a free early education app which helps kids practice their numerical and cognitive skills. Most suited for Kindergartners to grade -2 students, this app helps students with quick math.

Builds on kids’ ability to carry out quick math functions such as addition and subtraction as they race against time to count and catch all the sea creatures.

Kindergarten

CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.K.CC.A.1 Count to 100 by ones and by tens.

CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.K.CC.A.2 Count forward beginning from a given number within the known sequence (instead of having to begin at 1).

CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.K.CC.A.3 Write numbers from 0 to 20. Represent a number of objects with a written numeral 0-20 (with 0 representing a count of no objects).

CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.K.CC.B.4 Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.

CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.K.CC.B.5 Count to answer "how many?" questions about as many as 20 things arranged in a line, a rectangular array, or a circle, or as many as 10 things in a scattered configuration; given a number from 1-20, count out that many objects.
